 Quality begins before machining starts. Each requirement is reviewed for drawing revision, material specifications, applicable process requirements, inspection criteria, and customer-specific documentation. Controls remain in place throughout manufacturing to support consistent and repeatable results 

 Nicco Engineering maintains documentation and traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Material records, outside-processing certifications, inspection results, and customer-required documentation are reviewed and retained as applicable to each order. 

 Calibrated inspection equipment and defined inspection methods are used to verify dimensional requirements throughout production. Inspection planning is based on drawing requirements, feature complexity, manufacturing risk, and customer specifications.
